RETURN POLICY

We believe that consumer is a king and we trust in our highest quality products so much that if you are not 100% satisfied with a purchase from our website, please contact optimal support immediately. Provide us with as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, names and quantities of the affected items. We will be happy to accept your return item(s) within 14 days of recept of goods. Furthermore all returning items must be less than 5% used to qualify for refund (because if you truly didn’t like the product you wouldn’t use more than 5%).

Returning an Item

  • All returning items must be less than 5% used to qualify for refund.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid by customer. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
  • If the items you received do not match the items on your order, we will happily ship the correct items at no additional cost to you. We may ask that you return the incorrect items to us.
  • Note- Receiving an incorrect item does not include receiving a product that was purchased by mistake. If you purchased the wrong item by mistake, we ask that you place a new order for the correct item and submit a request for the item you bought mistakenly.

Modes of Refund

  • After receiving goods from your side and accept your refund request, you will receive a confirmation mail from our side.
  • The money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
