Description

WHAT IS WHEY PROTEIN ?
Whey protein is one of the most digestible and valuable proteins from a biological point of view. It provides all the required amino acids in its protein. It also contains very high level of anti- catabolic branched chain amino acids. These branched chain amino acids are an excellent source of energy which may be depleted during intense workout and cardio. Our body uses these branched chain amino acids to repair and build muscles quickly after an intense training.
RECOMMENDED USE:
As a dietary supplement add one serving (30g approx) of IN’s ADVANCE WHEY PROTEIN+ to 200ml cold water. Shake or blend well until completely dispersed then drink immediately. For a bolder with slightly more sweetness, mix one serving to 150ml cold water. For a milder tasting, less sweet shake add 250ml cold water.
TIPS:
Consume approximately 2 grams of protein per kg of body weight per day through a combination of high protein foods and supplements to gain muscles or to shred fat. Divide your daily protein into 5-6 small meals throughout the day. Best timings to take IN’s ADVANCE WHEY PROTEIN+ are before workout, after workout and immediately after wake up in the morning.
